They can be finished on the grill or in the oven to caramelize the sauce before serving. These ribs are complimented perfectly by a fresh and spicy yam salad made with fresh-cut peeled sweet potatoes, pre-cut red peppers, celery and onion, fresh-cut coleslaw, and a side of pickled vegetables made with pre-cut cauliflower and carrots.
Our ribs are shown on a highly innovative wood serving piece designed to resist the penetration of liquids, stains and odors. They are prepared from either acacia wood or olive wood for beautiful textures and colors. The yam salad is shown in ARC Cardinal’s handcrafted, individually glazed vitrified ceramic bowl in Harvest Blue. The flatware is a stylish vintage design that comes in a copper finish from Steelite.
