Our guests are asking for a variety of options to suit veg-centric, vegetarian, and dietary preferences. Here are some meatless dishes to get your creative juices flowing.

Hearty and flavourful soups are greatly appreciated in cold weather and although we don’t want to pick favourites, these three are outstanding. First is minestrone, filled with fresh-cut zucchini, green beans, mirepoix, and garnished with basil pesto and second is a luxurious, earthy soup made with Autumn Vegetable Root Mix. Lastly, creamy potato, cauliflower and kale soup that starts off with gently cooking mirepoix is our idea of complete vegetable bliss.
