Cold-Water Lobster
Sourced from the Atlantic coast,
we harvest, cook, remove the meat from the shell and freeze it rapidly to lock in the fresh flavour of this easy to thaw and use luxury item. This product is shown three ways; as the elevating ingredient on a creamy butternut squash risotto, in a contemporary lobster salad, and as the finishing touch on avocado toast.
These eye-appealing dishes are presented on Infinity Bone China by Chef & Sommelier and two shades of Farmhouse Dinnerware and a cocktail fork by World Tableware. The sauces are displayed in a 2-compartment appetizer dish by Arcoroc. The arrangement is accented with a Sola stonewash solid handle table knife from Arc Cardinal and a blue denim silicone placemat by Steelite.
