The mild flavour and rich texture of Arctic char is complimented by tangy and sweet flavours. We’ve topped a grilled Icelandic Char fillet with caramelized, diced pineapple and lime salsa. To keep the plating simple, we’ve added trimmed and blanched snow peas and sliced radishes for eye appeal.
